Taft Management Group (TMG) manages nearly all of TFV's properties, which includes an ever increasing portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.  Over the past 30 years, TMG has managed properties of all types including retail, multifamily apartments, single-family residences, office, mini storage, warehouse, medical office, and student housing.

Currently, TMG manages in excess of 2 million square feet of various types of office, flex, industrial, and retail commercial real estate and over 3,500 multifamily units including The Heritage at Arlington, Granville Oaks Apartment Homes, The Arbors at East Village, The Edge of Campus, The Indigo at Cross Creek, Moses Court Apartment Homes, The Residences at Century Park, The Address Galeria, The Address at Paces Run, The Cove at Matthews, The Oaks at University Medical Park, and The Oaks Gate City. TMG also oversees TFV’s 1,300+ bed student housing portfolio which is currently managed by a 3rd party property management company.
